  1. Select 15 positive behaviors
  2. Create top 8 short list
  3. Select all negative behaviors you’ve personally seen that you want to minimize or eliminate
  4. Add positive short list values to bucketing list
  5. Assign buckets to each positive value
  6. Move positive values to buckets by value number
  7. Determine title for each bucket
  8. Create definition for each bucket from positive values and personal meaning
  9. Determine which bucket each negative value is associated with
  10. Add statement to bucket for unacceptable behaviors terms
  11. Share values to family frequently and revisit annually to ensure values are working for the family
