We track metrics for our members on the dashboard. We track both accounting based measures like P&L, BS to help determine the practices marketability (Valuation). And we also track practice measures to help see where our business team can advise you on making improvements.
Members make annual goals for each of the four pillars and on a quarterly basis make quarterly goals that improve their journey. View, edit, or add goals where and when desired. Think of this as accountability.
You can see messages and notes from the HSA or HSC team members either documenting a phone call or providing some data analysis feedback.
